Meal for Two | 2인분
- 1 pack of Pork Belly
- 1 pack of Stir Fry Vegetables
- 1 Gochujang Sauce (to fry with meat)
Ingredients: Pork belly, onion, green onion, cabbage, carrot, Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, garlic, ginger
- Cooking time: 6 minutes
- Heat a pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and the Pork belly in a pan cook for 1 - 2 minutes on each side.
- When the oil start to come out from the pork, cut the pork with cooking scissors and add vegetables and the sauce.
- Mix and sitr-fry together another 3 minutes until the pork is fully cooked and evenly mixed with the sauce.
