COOKITBOX Sydney Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose Of Policy
  a. This policy sets out the terms and conditions on which makizo PTY LTD ACN 600127642( cookitbox , we or us )will supply to you the products listed on our website www.cookitbox.com.au
  b.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Service Availability
  a. The Website is only intended for use by people residing in Sydney . We do not accept orders from individuals outside Sydney.
3. Your Status
  a. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
  b. you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  c. you are at least 18 years old;
  d. you are resident in Sydney

4. Availability and Delivery
  a. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation.
5. Risk and Title
  a. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
6. Price and Payment
  a. The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be on the Website from time to time
  b. Product prices include GST.
  c. We may change Product prices and delivery charges at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
  d. Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card or Paypal.
7. Refund Policy
  a. If you are unhappy with your Product for a legitimate reason such as:
  b. the box was missing ingredients;
  c. the box did not arrive,
  d. We will offer an appropriate refund if it can be shown that the Product you were charged for was not provided as it should have been. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund of the purchase price. You must contact customer service at kbbq@cookitbox.com.au within 3 days of receiving your delivery to qualify for a refund.

8. Product warranty
  a. We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through the Website will, on delivery:
  b. conform with its description;
  c. be of satisfactory quality; and
  d. be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

   If we fail to comply with terms and conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will only be liable to repay to you the purchase price of the Products.
     - Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for:
     - death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
     -  fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
     - any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
10. Disputes
    All disputes to be lodged at kbbq@cookitbox.com.au in writing, explaining the details of the dispute.
11. Notices
   a. All notices given by you to us must be given to COOKITBOX at kbbq@cookitbox.com.au We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when placing an order.
  b. Notice will be deemed received and properly served:
      - immediately when posted on the Website
      - 24 hours after an email is sent
12. Events outside our control
  a. We will not be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
e.g.) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
e.g.) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

Our store is not currently accepting orders
